Tony established a significant body of work
in company and commercial fields as:
A corporate and securities lawyer at Chapman
Tripp, where (among other things) Tony prepared the
first prospectus to be registered in Australia and New Zealand
A commercial lawyer at Thales
Group, a large multi-national electronics company based
in Paris, France, where Tony worked on a variety of commercial
negotiations, and
A member of the Policy
Advisory Group in the Department of Prime Minister and
Cabinet, where Tony was closely involved in the Commerce
Act, reform of the Companies Act and Securities Act, and
corporatisating electricity companies (generation, transmission
and distribution)
Drawing on outstanding legal, policy
and business experience, Tony is well placed to assist private
and pubic sector organisations to successfully plan and execute
company and commercial transactions
